Personally, you're bound to have had one of these delivery experiences:

  • the delivery man looking for his lost pen in his pocket.
  • the delivery man who doesn't arrive and the delivery company who can't tell you when he'll be there.
  • the delivery confirmation e-mail received several hours after the arrival of your order.

If so, then you can easily step into the shoes of your customers, whether they're site managers or private individuals, and understand that a smooth delivery experience makes all the difference.

The solution? The dematerialization of concrete delivery notes.

We explain what it is in this article and why it's a real asset for you and your customers.

What is a dematerialized delivery note?

Instead of being printed on paper, the delivery note is entirely digitalized, notably on the smartphone of the vehicle driver in charge of the order.

Why dematerializing delivery notes is an asset for you?

Get more accurate data

Firstly, you know the status of the delivery in real time.

  • In the event of a delay, you can inform the customer.
  • You get real-time statistics on delivery times.

You reduce the risk of human error associated with double data entry, by automating the transfer of information.

Offer a better customer experience

That's what we were talking about in the introduction. By offering the signature on the phone, you're conveying an image of modernity and innovation to your customers. And if they see that you're on the lookout for new developments and that you're updating your services, they'll perceive you as an innovative partner to your customers.

Save time

The driver is more efficient, since he manages everything from his smartphone: he doesn't need to report information after the fact, since everything has been recorded at the time of delivery.

Cutc costs for you and the planet

You don't print your delivery notes on paper anymore: the planet thanks you!

How do I dematerialize delivery notes with Synaxe ?

The SX Delivery solution, developed by Synaxe, consists of two tools:

  • The Delivery App, with which the driver receives the delivery note he is delivering, and uses his smartphone to have it signed.
  • The SX Delivery Cloud interface, connected to your business tools, in particular to scheduling and affiliate management tools via APIs, as well as to third-party systems that can retrieve this information for their own deliveries.

The process for generating dematerialized BL BPEs

Loading confirmation

When production is triggered, a provisional dematerialized delivery note is generated. Then, when he picks up the order, the driver receives this delivery note on the SX Delivery mobile application.

Arrival at the delivery site and start of unloading

As soon as it leaves the plant, geolocation allows the vehicle to be located in real time. On arrival at the customer's site, the driver unloads the concrete.

End of unloading and signature on the phone

After unloading, the customer signs directly on the driver's phone. Delivery information, such as date and time, is automatically integrated into the application. The driver can also enter into the app the various additions he has made: water, additives, retardants. This data is shared in real time on the driver's mobile app and on the client's dashboard (you or a member of your team!).

As soon as the delivery note is signed, you can access the generated documents, including the legally binding "signed" PDF BL, automatically via the web portal. This means you can invoice your customers immediately.

Back to the plant

As with the outward journey, you can follow the vehicle's location in real time to anticipate its arrival at the control center.
