Synaxe in a few words

Our ambition: Simplify and digitize the management of logistics flows in the construction and air refuelling sectors.

For 20 years, Synaxe has been bringing innovation and optimization to sectors that are traditionally resistant to digital technology, thanks to its SaaS solutions:

Job description

As a Business Developer for Synaxe you will complement the existing sales team by focusing on the upper half of France.

You will be mainly focused on the Dune Suite (a SaaS product for quarries, asphalt plants, concrete plants and recycling sites) but may be required to sell our service offer from time to time (in addition to or separately).

This is a position requiring a high degree of autonomy in sales because you will be responsible for the entire value chain, from prospecting to negotiating the deal.

The objective: Generate €300K in turnover over the year 2024-2025 and contribute to the improvement of existing sales processes

Profile wanted

  • You have at least 1 year of successful experience selling SaaS/IT products
  • You have experience in an SME
  • You have already closed contracts between €10K and €100K (see more)
  • You have experience in prospecting but also in the preparation of customer decks, customer appointments and negotiations and are able to operate independently
  • You are comfortable using pipedrive and dirty tools (LinkedIn, Waalaxy, Phone)
  • Knowledge of the construction sector is desirable but not necessary
